#VoteYerMusic- Keenan Wallace Dunham

If you have been following my blog, you know about my project to ask Presidential candidates what kind of music they like.  It goes towards a further conversation about communication, and I have been also able to use it to highlight candidates people might be interested in.

I reached out to Keenan Wallace Dunham after I saw some positive buzz about him on social media.  Then, his name kept popping up.  He is one of the major candidates listed on the Torch of Liberty's 2020 Libertarian Party poll.  Dunham is one of 13 candidates that will appear on the California Libertarian primary. and one of 10 on the New Hampshire Libertarian Presidential Preference Primary.

Checking out his twitter, I notice he mentions a couple of issues where there should be a big audience, but the Dems and GOP don't seem to be consistent on- privacy issues (Dunham would pardon Assange and Manning) ending war, and applying term limits.

I asked Keenan to share a bit about his campaign, and he did.

Keenan Wallace Dunham is running for President 2020 as a Libertarian.  Mr. Dunham has qualified to be placed the primary ballots in California and New Hampshire and will be attending many Libertarian Party debates and state conventions this year. Mr. Dunham is Chair of the Horry County Libertarian Party in South Carolina and has aided numerous local candidates running for office since 2016. He is highly active in politics and community service. His campaign for US President consists of four domestic plans to expand the US economy.
Those are to Legalize Cannabis and Hemp nationwide, Legalize Gambling nationwide, Legalize and Regulate Bitcoin and Blockchain ledger technology, and Eliminate the Personal Income Tax.
His campaign also highly focuses on justice and rollback of the police state, the “Deepstate” and foreign intervention. Trade should be the focus of foreign dialogue and the sharing of knowledge. There should not be a restrictive national ID system limiting travel. The NSA, FBI, and HLS should not be allowed to gather citizen’s information without a crime specific warrant, and the 4th and 5th amendments followed regarding seizing or gathering personal information. Personal information is private property. Foreign aid and military bases should be rolled-back to stop foreign countries’ dependence on our resources.

Oh, and of course, I asked him my question about music.

I love to listen to all music. I also like to write lyrics, rap, and organ music myself.

Many thanks again to Keenan for taking the time to let me know about his campaign and answering my favorite question.
